The EMBRACE Model is a seven-module therapeutic framework created by Jan Davidson โ€” born from her own experience navigating grief after losing her mother to dementia. Despite being a grief specialist professionally, Jan needed something simpler and steadier for her own healing. That personal journey became the EMBRACE framework.
