Each letter of EMBRACE represents a foundational element of healing and growth:

E – Evaluate (Finding Your Ground)

The Secret Sauce: The 6 P's

Underneath every module runs a repeatable framework called The 6 P's of Personal Growth:

  • Pause — Create space to breathe and reflect
  • Pinpoint — Identify what's really going on
  • Process — Work through thoughts and emotions
  • Plan — Map your next steps
  • Practice — Take action, try new approaches
  • Progress — Acknowledge growth and keep moving

This isn't theory. It's grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology — all woven together into a framework that's both gentle and effective.
